AppLocale 臭蟲解決方式
- 安裝了 AppLocale 後，執行程式會出現亂碼。
- 找到 \Windows\AppPatch\AppLoc.tmp 並砍掉它，再建個一樣名稱的檔案，並將其改成唯讀屬性。
